1. Trying my best to incorporate daily dhikr

Buying a small dhikr counter made consistency much easier. Now I remember Allah while walking, driving or waiting instead of only during dedicated time.

2. Brewing my own specialty teas and beverages

Making tea has become one of my favourite daily rituals. I often add herbs like cinnamon or saffron, along with my daily scoop of Halal Collagen.

3. Putting effort into praying every salah on time

Praying on time has brought more structure to my day than any planner ever has. Everything else feels easier when my day revolves around salah.

4. I stopped punishing myself for eating food

One unhealthy meal doesn't undo months of good habits. I simply try to make my next meal a better one.

5. Taking my health seriously (about time)

One of the biggest shifts was being a part of a team creating supplements that we genuinely trust. Having products that align with my values has made looking after my health much easier.

6. Learning one word from the Qur'an daily

One word a day felt achievable, and over time those words started appearing everywhere. Small progress compounds.

7. Tapping into my passions and daily movement

I stopped forcing workouts I hated. Running, swimming and walking became sustainable because I actually enjoy them.

8. Keeping my bedroom and workspace clean

A tidy space helps me think more clearly and stay focused. Sometimes the easiest way to clear your mind is to clear your surroundings.

9. I finally listen to my body and allow naps

Rest isn't laziness. A short nap often gives me more energy than another coffee.

10. Choosing consistency and small progress

None of these habits changed my life overnight. They worked because I kept showing up, even on ordinary days.

11. Walking after meals

A short walk after eating is one of the easiest ways I've found to move more. Ten minutes is enough.

12. Drinking water before coffee

Starting my day with water before coffee has been a simple improvement. It's an easy habit that adds up.

13. Prioritising protein

Protein is the foundation of every meal I eat. On busy days, adding Halal Collagen is an easy way to slightly increase my protein intake without changing my routine.

14. Getting morning sunlight

A few minutes outside each morning helps me wake up and feel more alert. It's one of the simplest habits I've adopted.

15. Reading before bed

Replacing scrolling with reading has made my evenings much more intentional. Even a few pages count.

16. Planning tomorrow

Writing tomorrow's priorities before bed helps me wake up with direction. It removes a lot of unnecessary stress.

17. Supporting my energy

I used to think Creatine was only for the gym. Now I take it daily because it supports my brain and energy levels, making it one of the easiest habits to stay consistent with.

18. Taking omega-3 consistently

I don't eat oily fish regularly, so taking Halal Algae Omega-3 has become part of my daily routine. Keeping it simple makes it easier to stay consistent.

19. Saying no more often

Every yes costs time and energy. Learning to say no has helped me protect both.

20. Keeping healthy snacks nearby

Healthy choices become easier when they're convenient. I keep fruit and nuts where I can see them.

21. Supporting a regular cycle

Hormonal health deserves just as much attention as every other part of our wellbeing. For women with irregular periods or PMOS, Inositol can be a simple daily habit to support a more regular cycle.

22. Spending less time on my phone

I stopped checking my phone as soon as I wake up. My mornings feel calmer because of it.

23. Preparing meals ahead

Having healthy food ready removes the temptation to order takeaway. Preparation beats willpower.

24. Keeping collagen beside the kettle

The easiest habits are the ones you don't have to remember. My Halal Collagen pouch lives beside the kettle, so I naturally add it to my morning tea.

25. Spending time in nature

Fresh air always helps me reset. Sometimes a simple walk is exactly what I need.

26. Writing down gratitude

Ending the day by writing a few blessings changes what I focus on. Gratitude grows with practice.

27. Choosing better company

The people around you influence your habits more than you realize. I try to spend time with people who encourage me to grow.

28. Calling my parents more

Not every phone call needs a reason. Sometimes it's enough just to ask how they're doing.

29. Remembering health is an amanah

Looking after my body isn't only about feeling good. It's about taking care of something Allah entrusted to me, having the right intentions going into anything.

30. Starting again tomorrow

Missing one day doesn't matter. Giving up does. The next decision is always another chance to get back on track.
