Shipping policy

📦 Order Processing Times

  • Standard Processing Time: 1–3 business days
    Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it right away. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During periods of high demand or restocks, processing times may extend slightly — we’ll always notify you if that’s the case.


🚚 Shipping Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days (after processing)

  • International Orders: 5–12 business days (after processing)

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and shipping carrier conditions (e.g., customs delays, holidays, weather disruptions).


🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the USA and select international destinations including the United Kingdom. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us.


📫 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

If there is any delay in processing or shipping your order (e.g., due to a supply chain issue), we’ll notify you immediately via email. You will always have the option to:

  • Wait for your order

  • Cancel and receive a full refund

  • Receive a discount or credit toward a future order
